Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Keystone Automation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) helps small and medium-sized businesses in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area automate workflows. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

  • Contact form submissions — when you use our contact form, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details you share about what you’d like to automate.
  • Booking information — if you book a call through our scheduling tool, that tool collects the details you provide to schedule the meeting.
  • Basic usage data — like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record limited, non-identifying technical information (such as pages visited and general location) to help us understand site traffic.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and arrange your free automation review;
  • Prepare proposals and deliver the services you request;
  • Communicate with you about your project; and
  • Improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails you didn’t ask for.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run this site. They process data only as needed to provide their service:

  • Netlify — website hosting and contact-form processing.
  • Google — business email (Google Workspace) and, where enabled, website analytics.
  • Calendly / Google Calendar — appointment scheduling, if you book a call.

When we build automations for clients, we work inside your own tools and accounts wherever possible, so you stay in control of your data.

Data retention

We keep contact and project information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario legislation, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email parth@keystoneautomation.ca.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses minimal cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they may set cookies to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including serving this site over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you share with us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
